• Responsible in handling company's recruitment from screening until final stage including company's Psychology Test using tools.
• Responsible in company internal training arrangement and monthly compensation benefit.
• Support company tax pph21 for Payroll.
• Using daily HR System and Microsoft Excel for daily task.
• Supporting Manager for other task.
• Other responsibilities as needed・Bachelor's degree from Psychology ・2 years of experience as HR specializing in Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit from Manufacture.・Business English proficiency.・Experienced in using Psychology Test tools.
