    Job Description

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, implementing strategies to optimise financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, preparation of financial statements, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Coordinate external audits and tax filings, liaising with auditors and tax authorities as required.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and withholding tax, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor regulations. The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive finance, accounting, and tax management experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international and local tax regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
