Job summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant including production maintenance and warehouse functions ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high product quality and efficient resource utilization monitor KPIs such as OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness yield downtime and material wastage work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all building material products meet internal and external standards implement best practices in material handling curing/drying packaging to maintain product integrity lead coach and develop cross-functional plant teams Production Maintenance QA/QC PPIC Warehouse EHS enforce strict compliance with safety protocols environmental regulations related to building material manufacturing lead initiatives for zero-accident targets proactive hazard identification.
