- Oversee all company operations in Indonesia, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs. (Strategic Leadership)
- Collaborate with various departments including marketing, technical service, supply chain, and finance to ensure integrated efforts towards business success and customer satisfaction. (Cross-functional Collaboration)
- Ensure all activities comply with Lubrizol's policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements. (Regulatory Compliance)
- Oversee the financial performance of the Indonesia business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. (Financial Oversight)
- Identify and manage risks associated with the business operations in Indonesia. (Risk Management)
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and present findings and recommendations to regional and global senior management. (Reporting)
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the chemical or additives industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Board experience is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of the additives and advanced materials market in Indonesia.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- An advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Standing, walking or operating equipment for extended periods
- Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided
