• Coordinate and supervise IT staff members
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department
• Coordinate Company Digitalization Projects
• Build longterm relationships with IT Vendor related to products and services
• Conduct periodical report to Management and Regional Office
• Other task as assigned・Bachelor degree in IS/IT, Accounting, Business, or Management・Must have background Application area (Programming, Database, Power BI, RPA, SAP・5 yrs of experience in various functions(IT and/or Acc/Tax and/or Logistics and/or Sales)・Must have experienced in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out (Company Scale)・Strong critical thinking and decisionmaking skills・Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize tasks・Experience in Japanese company is preferable.・Must have excellent presentation skill・Must have excellent English communication
