    Job Title: Operational Branch Lead

    About the Role:

    • This is an opportunity to take on a leadership position and manage the daily operations of multiple branches within a specific region.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Branch Management: Ensure seamless branch operations, overseeing the academic process and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
    2. Initiative Leadership: Drive all activity initiatives within branches, including events, promotions, and marketing efforts to boost student engagement and enrollment.
    3. PnL Management: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Profit and Loss management, evaluating local market conditions and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue.
    4. Customer Experience: Oversee the entire customer journey to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty through effective end-to-end management.

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with branch management principles and best practices.
    • Strong leadership and initiative driving skills.
    • Demonstrated understanding of PnL management principles.
    • Able to effectively manage customer experiences.

    • Motivation to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
