Why do you do

• Participate in the UI/UX design of MEXC's campaign operation module, ensuring a seamless and outstanding user experience across all campaign touchpoints.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points in users' campaign participation journey; leverage campaign data analysis and competitor benchmarking to continuously iterate and optimize design solutions.
• Take part in the iteration of online marketing campaigns and the consolidation of design and data assets to build a scalable campaign design system.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration (including product, operation, development, and marketing teams) to ensure the smooth delivery and launch of campaign projects.

Why you need

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for marketing campaigns, with a strong product mindset. Deep understanding of the operational logic of crypto exchange campaigns (e.g., airdrops, trading competitions, staking mining, IEO) and proven experience in designing various campaign gameplay.
• Proficient in using data insights to drive design decisions that improve user conversion and retention rates; able to link design changes to measurable user metrics.
• Track record of independently leading end-to-end campaign projects from 0 to 1, or spearheading large-scale revamps of existing campaign modules with verifiable successful outcomes.
• Familiarity with Web3/crypto industry user preferences and behaviors is a significant plus.
