    Venus Protocol is a leading DeFi money market on BNB Smart Chain, powering decentralized lending, borrowing, and stablecoin generation for millions of users. As one of the Top DeFi protocol with billions in total value locked, redefining open finance by making liquidity accessible, efficient, and borderless.

    About the role

    Lead the design, security, and delivery of core protocol smart contracts. You'll be hands-on in architecture and code, while also shaping engineering culture within the team.

    Job Responsbilities

    • Architect and ship secure, audited smart contracts for governance, liquidity, and risk modules.
    • Drive testing, audits, and monitoring — invariants, fuzzing, dashboards, and runbooks.
    • Optimize for gas, modularity, and upgradeability.
    • Mentor engineers, enforce high code standards, and grow a world-class protocol team.
    • Represent the protocol with auditors, partners, and integrators.

    Skills and Experience required

    • 5+ years engineering, 3+ years Solidity with mainnet protocols handling real TVL.
    • Expertise in lending, liquidation, oracle design, and upgrade patterns.
    • Proven track record in audits, fuzz/invariant testing, and secure deployments.
    • Security-first mindset with ability to balance speed and safety.
