- Security Integration: Work with the Cybersec team to implement strict Content Security Policies (CSP), secure cookie handling, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) flows.
- Code Excellence: Establish "The FLOQ Way" for frontend development: enforcing TypeScript strictness, reusable component patterns, and comprehensive unit/E2E testing (Cypress/Playwright).
- Mentorship: Act as a technical multiplier, conducting high-standard code reviews and coaching engineers on modern React patterns and performance profiling.
- Experience: 7+ years in Web Development, with 2+ years leading engineering teams in high-growth environments (Fintech, E-commerce, or Crypto).
- React & Mastery: Deep expertise in the React ecosystem and 14/15+ (App Router, Server Components, and Middleware).
- TypeScript Expert: Strong believer in type safety for preventing runtime errors in sensitive financial transactions.

The Role
