About the Role

PT Delonix Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong operational expertise, particularly in payroll administration, who can confidently bridge communication between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

As an HR Supervisor, you will oversee daily HR operations, ensure payroll accuracy, and maintain compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while supporting a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding

• Manage full-cycle payroll process, including salary calculation, overtime, deductions, PPh 21, and monthly reconciliation

• Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan administration (registration, updates, reporting, claims coordination)

• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Support employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

• Coordinate recruitment processes including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups

• Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports for management review

• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor law and company SOPs

• Communicate professionally in Mandarin with internal stakeholders when required

• Contribute to HR process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably at Officer–Supervisor level

• Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and PPh 21 calculation (mandatory)

• Solid understanding of BPJS TK & BPJS Kesehatan administration

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory

• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR administrative processes

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines accurately

• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
