For one of our EU-based clients, we are currently looking for a Conversational AI Engineer (Dialogflow CX).

Details:

• Role: Conversational AI Engineer (Dialogflow CX)
• Location: Remote
• Start: asap
• Duration: 6 months+ extension

Scope:

• Design and build conversational flows in Dialogflow CX (intents, entities, pages, routes, handover logic)
• Develop custom webhooks, integrations, and API connectors using or Python
• Ensure solution reliability, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards
• Translate service design concepts into working conversational experiences
• Collaborate closely with designers and testers to resolve defects and improve quality
• Optimize performance, create reusable components, and support continuous improvements
• Maintain clean documentation and structured logging

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX
• or Python for backend logic and webhooks
• Google Cloud (Cloud Functions/Run, IAM, Logging)
• REST APIs, OAuth2, API Keys
• Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Basic microservices knowledge
• JSON, debugging, and structured logging
• Conversational UX fundamentals
• Agile/Scrum experience
