As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting supply chain and operational improvement initiatives within the company. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, process optimization, and performance analysis while working closely with cross-functional teams. This internship is designed to provide you with valuable industry insights and professional growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain

• Assist in analyzing historical shipping data to support 3PL Performance Evaluation.
• Monitor stock levels and help develop strategies to optimize inventory.
• Analyze 3PL performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Logistic & Supply Chain.
• Invoice validation & reconciliation from 3PL collaborate with the Finance Team.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  
  

Operations Improvement

• Collaborate with cross function teams to streamline processes and Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement tools and systems to automate and optimize operational tasks.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on operational performance.
• Document business processes and owners, and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered throughout the flow.
  
  

Requirements

• Final year student with no class to attend / Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply, majoring in Business Management, Supply Chain
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• No prior experience necessary—just an eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A genuine interest in contributing to a dynamic team and growing professionally.
