    Fintech Business Unit CEO Opportunity

    Establish a market-leading fintech business from the ground up and drive innovation across various financial services.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our new Fintech Business Unit. The CEO will be responsible for developing and articulating a compelling vision and strategy for the business, identifying new opportunities, building and leading a high-performing team, securing necessary funding and partnerships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for the Fintech Business Unit, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
    • Business Development: Drive the establishment of new business lines and oversee the entire lifecycle of new product development, from concept to launch and scaling.
    • Team Building: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-caliber management team with expertise across various fintech domains.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the business unit's operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a superior customer experience.
    • Financial Management: Develop and manage the business unit's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and delivering attractive returns on investment.
    • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the business unit operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the fintech industry, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles.
    • Deep understanding of the Indonesian fintech market and regulatory landscape.
    • Extensive experience in building and scaling fintech businesses, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
    • Strong expertise in a variety of fintech areas, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.
