We're Hiring: SAP FICO Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead our finance and controlling team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and support, with a proven track record of optimizing financial processes and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Interact closely with UTAC Business & IT Swim Lanes and members on project related matters.
• Manage the change/enhancement requests; provide accurate resourcing estimates. Working closely with IT
• Business Partners to improve existing system designs and implement robust maintainable IT application solutions.
• Carefully investigate, scrutinize and recommend solutions to improve business processes, procedures and structures.
• Develop solutions architecture and perform technical solution assessments, incorporating security considerations
• Map GAP analysis for specific module in implementation, in according to predefined standard templates
• Develop and be accountable for the Blueprint of the assigned specialized functional module (FICO)
• Perform hands on configuration and gathering of business requirements, create detailed functional and technical analysis and designs, perform unit testing and SIT, conduct UAT and release to production system.
• Support the Authorization consultant in testing the adjusted SAP authorizations and profiles
• Prepare configuration document, end user manual and user training guide
• Interaction with other modules, modules specialists and all team players
• Track and resolve project related issues
• Update of project status to Senior/Project Manager and other relevant parties
• Utilize strong functional knowledge and domain experience to provide efficient communication, expert in SAP FICO module specific advice and facilitation to all IT global sites
• Review and authorize SAP transport requests
  

What We're Looking For:

• Strong process and functional knowledge in FI and CO (CPA certification would be an advantage)
• Knowledge in integration with other SAP ERP modules is essential
• Min 8-10 years of experience in solution implementation with at least 5 end-to-end cycles involvement and strong in product costing
• Established experience in the orchestration of metrics/management reporting
• Should have very strong skill to design and implement efficient Applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and at the same time be operationally hands-on when the circumstances desire
• Ability to debug, knowledge in MES systems is a plus
