Job summary
Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents conduct legal research to support litigation strategy and case preparation provide advice and support on corporate governance matters ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies,- Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent from a recognized institution. ,
- Candidate must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience working as a Legal Consultant in a law firm. ,
- Mandarin fluency is a must. ,
- Has PKPA license.
