Sales Associate – Corporate & Institutional Guest Relations
We are seeking a Sales Associate to support revenue growth through corporate and institutional guest relations for a heritage-based venue.
This role combines relationship management, proposal preparation, active follow-up, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound inquiries and generate new leads
• Prepare tailored proposals for corporate and institutional clients
• Actively follow up on prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve assigned revenue targets
Requirements
• 3–5 years' experience in sales, hospitality, or events
• Experience handling corporate clients preferred
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
