- Execute approved social media posts for the Indonesia market in accordance with directions from HQ or the Country Manager.
- Coordinate with the HQ Marketing team to ensure alignment of content, messaging, and posting schedules.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for the Indonesia market.
- Assist in preparing social media visuals and captions using approved templates and brand guidelines.
- Assist in monitoring engagement metrics and preparing summary reports on social media activities.
- Provide administrative support for sales and partnership activities, including CRM updates, enrolment processing, invoice preparation, and documentation management.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings with partners, corporate members, and stakeholders, ensuring proper confirmation and calendar management.
- Maintain organised records of agreements, enrolments, invoices, and partnership documentation for reporting and audit reference.
- Liaise with the Finance team on payment tracking updates and invoice confirmations.
- Support the preparation and circulation of partnership documents using approved templates.
- Compile weekly dashboards and monthly summary reports for submission to management.
- Support programme logistics administration, including participant confirmation and certificate coordination.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media coordination, administrative or operational support.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva or similar tools).
- Experience in handling invoicing documentation, CRM updates, or coordination with the finance team will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with proficiency in the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
