Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from internal stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications (Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), workflow diagrams, and user stories)
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to support system integration, enhancements, and architecture design.
- Support projects on backend and/or frontend development.
- Conduct system testing (UAT), validation, and post-implementation monitoring to ensure performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, including POS, Finance & Accounting, Inventory, Reporting, and HR modules.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Laravel framework and ReactJS is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya.
