Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role as an Event Organization Specialist located in Jakarta & Bandung, Indonesia, with flexibility for remote work. The professional will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events end-to-end to ensure smooth operations. The scope includes coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, maintaining communication channels, and developing clear documentation. The role also involves liaising with vendors and managing event timelines, logistics, and budgets to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Event Planning, Event Management, and coordination to ensure successful event execution
- Excellent Communication and Organization Skills to effectively manage tasks and interact with stakeholders
- Strong Writing abilities for creating professional documents, event proposals, and communication material
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic event requirements
- Previous experience in event organization or management is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to hybrid working conditions
