Job summary
This is a contract role for an HR Legal professional based on-site in Cilandak. The role entails managing human resources operations establishing and maintaining HR policies overseeing employee benefits and personnel management ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.You will collaborate closely with internal teams to build and optimize HR strategies that align with our organizational objectives.
- Strong expertise in Human Resources and HR Management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and legal compliance as they pertain to HR
- Excellent organizational communication skills
