About the Role:
The Digital Sales VA
As a Digital Sales VA (internally, E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist), you are the revenue hero. You'll be the crucial link that turns near-misses into massive wins for our partner brands. Your primary mission is to capture lost revenue and upscale the customer journey through personalized, persuasive outreach.
You will communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to encourage purchases, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver a seamless shopping experience.
What You'll DoThe Hunt:
Become an expert in Abandoned Cart Recovery, reaching out to potential buyers at the critical moment to close the sale.
The Conversion:
Use your persuasive communication mastery to provide tailored recommendations that guide buyers toward purchasing—increasing Average Order Value (AOV).
The Impact:
Act as a strategic partner, delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting issues efficiently to ensure a seamless, friction-free transaction.

Collaborate with a high-performing team to refine outreach campaigns that maximize sales and drive continuous growth.

1+ Year of Proven Remote/
Online Sales Experience:
You already know how to close a deal and drive revenue without supervision.
1+ Year of
Customer Support Experience:
Comfort and skill in engaging customers via email, chat, or phone (E-commerce experience is a massive advantage).
Conversion Mindset:
You possess elite communication skills and a natural, undeniable ability to convert leads and persuade customers.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement software.
Self-Motivated:

Technical Requirements
