Doodle N' Dice is a private creative space located in Jakarta Barat, designed to rejuvenate teams by fostering connection, reducing burnout, and enhancing creativity away from the office environment.

We provide unique engagement experiences through curated board games that promote teamwork and problem-solving, as well as art workshops to help individuals recharge.

Our facilities include a private air-conditioned room, high-speed WiFi with presentation support, and full food and beverage services for groups of up to 25 people.

Doodle N' Dice is the perfect venue for team bonding, brainstorming, and stress relief in a focused and distraction-free environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grogol Petamburan for a Helper / Manpower at Doodle N' Dice. This role focuses on maintaining day-to-day studio readiness through routine cleaning, venue setup, and operational support.

You will ensure the studio, toilets, and common areas stay clean and comfortable, and help prepare the space before and after workshops/events (setup, reset, tidying, waste disposal, and cleanliness checks).

You may also assist with moving light items and ensuring basic studio supplies are ready for use.

Note:
This role does not handle cash or important/valuable items.

Responsibilities
Clean the studio area routinely (sweep, mop, wipe surfaces)
Maintain cleanliness of toilets and common areas to keep them comfortable
Do pre- and post-event/workshop cleaning (tidy up, take out trash, check cleanliness)
Support event/workshop operations by setting up and resetting tables/chairs as needed
Assist with moving/light lifting of items for operational needs
Support daily studio operations by keeping the space organized and ensuring basic supplies are ready
Follow internal SOPs for cleanliness and studio readiness
Not responsible for handling cash or important items

Qualifications
Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks consistently (sweep/mop/wipe, waste handling)
Basic operational skills in organizing spaces and ensuring studio readiness
Good communication and teamwork skills to support staff and assist during events
Physical stamina for hands-on tasks (standing, moving light items, repetitive cleaning)
Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented with cleanliness and hygiene standards
Experience in hospitality, event support, or venue/studio operations is a plus
