    About The Challenge

    Are you a creative and detail-driven Pastry Head Chef with a passion for quality, consistency, and innovation? Do you take pride in crafting exceptional desserts while leading a kitchen team to deliver high standards every day? If you're ready to bring your expertise to a professional and fast-paced F&B environment, this role is for you.

    As a Pastry Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing pastry operations, ensuring product quality and consistency, developing menus, and leading the pastry team to deliver excellent culinary standards.

    Requirements
    • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pastry operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
    • Strong mastery of pastry techniques (breads, cakes, desserts, plating, and basic bakery production)
    • Experience in menu development, cost control, and kitchen operations management
    • Strong leadership, discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene & food safety standards

    Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage daily pastry kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and presentation
    • Develop and innovate pastry menus in line with brand concept and customer expectations
    • Control food cost, portioning, and ingredient usage to maintain efficiency and profitability
    • Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP)
    • Train, supervise, and evaluate pastry team performance to maintain high standards
