Upperclicks (PT. Digital Kaliber Internasional) is a digital marketing agency focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads since 2019.
Benefits:
- Monthly salary: IDR 4,000,000 – 6,000,000
- Annual bonus based on individual and company performance
- MacBook Pro/Air for operational use (after probation period)

- Six-day workweek (Monday–Saturday, half day on Saturday)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or at a digital agency
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Working proficiency in English
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project plans and timelines
- Conduct keyword research and develop strategies, budgeting, and audience targeting for new clients
- Set up campaigns, perform A/B testing, and monitor performance
- Evaluate project performance and prepare monitoring reports based on analysis
- Utilize analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other SEO tools
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, including social media and SEO
Required Skills:
- Ability to analyze Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads dashboards
- Copywriting
- Creative thinking
- Data analysis
