- Strategic Marketing and Communication Planning:
- Collaborate with managing directors and business units to devise marketing and communication strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns targeting diverse audiences, both internal and external.
- Event Management, Campaign Coordination, and Promotions:
- Coordinate and execute a spectrum of events, from CSR initiatives to trade shows, ensuring seamless alignment with promotional activities.
- Partner with relevant teams to develop compelling event materials and post-event engagement strategies, fostering enduring connections with stakeholders.
- Creative Content Development and Oversight:
- Craft captivating, top-tier content across a multitude of channels, including web platforms, social media hubs, and email campaigns, encompassing diverse media formats.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines while effectively communicating the organization's value proposition, overseeing content calendars for optimized reach and resonance.
- Brand Integrity and Consistency Management:
- Uphold the sanctity of brand identity across all communication channels and marketing assets, safeguarding brand equity through meticulous oversight.
- Contribute to the evolution and preservation of brand guidelines, ensuring holistic and unwavering brand representation.
- Internal Communications Strategy and Employer Branding:
- Support leadership by crafting dynamic presentations for internal deliberations, aiding in the dissemination of strategic insights and directives.
- Collaborate with HR to execute employer branding initiatives, fostering an appealing organizational identity and culture.
- Curate informative content for internal platforms, delivering timely updates and fostering a sense of engagement among employees.
- Data Analytics and Performance Evaluation:
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to dissect marketing campaign performance metrics and glean actionable insights.
- Regularly generate comprehensive reports, leveraging data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance effectiveness.
- Reporting Structure:
- Administratively report to the Managing Director Indonesia.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience of min 3 years in marketing, communications, or similar roles.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in design and editing software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- Genuine passion for social media and digital content marketing, coupled with a penchant for innovation.
- Strong collaborative skills, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently while thriving in a dynamic team environment.
