The role of Direct Sales Specialist is an entry-level full-time position that involves promoting, educating, marketing, and selling Smartfren direct products to end-users.

Sales Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Smartfren direct products physically in the field or outlets.
• Create accurate sales reports to track progress.
• Develop strategies to increase activation of new customers and maintain existing ones.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident, and have a strong understanding of technology and gadgets.

Additionally, you should be willing to work on weekends and have your own Android phone and personal vehicle/motorcycle.

Requirements

• Candidates must be male or female with a minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA/SMK).
• Be attractive, communicative, and able to work well under pressure.
• Able to work with targets and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions
