Requirements :

Minimum D3 in Industrial Engineering/ Technical major

GPA minimum 2.75

Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years experience in Heavy Equipment Handling

• Accountable and responsible for creating and maintaining Service Ticket (Non-SCC) including process to open required Service Order. -Responsible for providing quotation including supplemental quotation refer to service request and standard job. (Non- SCC). -Accountable and responsible for consolidating planned activities (repair, maintenance, and backlog) into single event to ensure asset events are properly handled. - Accountable and responsible for validating, logging and updating customer data product information into the system to ensure all data gathered are valid and reliable for further analysis and resolutions. - Accountable and responsible for proactively calling customer to confirm planned repair event and deliver recommendation during consultative sessions as well as obtain approval from customers to ensure customer experience is well provided and fixed price, - Accountable and responsible for performing closing event, gather feedback from customers, proactively follow up customers whom decided to perform event by themselves, as well as recommend and confirm next maintenance schedule to customer to measure custom -Accountable and responsible for monitoring all workshop events activities (progress and completion), take action for potential OTIF defect and update event progress status to ensure event performed meet OTIF. - Accountable and responsible for confirming event schedule (including date, unit availability), reserve and order resources required (such as technician, parts, tools, vehicle, technical instruction, etc.) and communicate to Service team to ensure resource
