Job Description:
- Conduct Research And Analysis Of Product Metrics, Customers, Market Trends, And Internet Trends To Identify Problems.
- Generate New Ideas Based On Identified Problems To Increase Market Share, Improve Customer Experience, And Boost Growth And Conversion Rates.
- Develop And Design Product Strategies Based On The Ideas Obtained.
- Translate Product Strategy Into Requirements And Prototypes.
- Monitor Product Implementation And Assess Its Impact To Ensure Timely Progress.
- Lead The Team To Produce Products That Increase Market Share, Improve Customer Experience, And Boost Growth And Conversions.
- Manage The Product Team's Workload.
- Determine The Scope And Priority Of Activities Based On Their Impact On Business And Customers.
- Establish A Shared Vision With Stakeholders To Align The Overall Roadmap Based On Priority And Effort Needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Strong logical thinking and reasoning abilities.
- Strong intuitions of user experience.
- Ability to develop mobile apps and website products is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Data-driven and solution-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
