About the Role

We're looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the brand, marketing, and creative direction for Milkforbubs across Singapore and Malaysia. This role reports directly to the founder, who is based in Singapore.

You will bring together strategy, storytelling, design, and community to build a cohesive and meaningful brand experience from packaging and digital campaigns to activations and partnerships. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll play an important role in shaping how Milkforbubs shows up for moms across every touchpoint.

This is a role for someone who blends creativity with strong marketing execution. If you're a builder at heart and thrive on growing purpose-driven brands (especially for moms) with both empathy and impact, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Direction

• Define and lead the brand's visual identity, tone, and overall aesthetic across packaging, marketing collateral, website, emails, social, and pop-ups.
• Oversee creative production from photography and videography to campaign visuals and copy.
• Partner with the founder to shape and evolve the brand's storytelling and positioning.
• Craft compelling brand narratives that build trust and emotional resonance with moms and families.

Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Develop a holistic marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Oversee digital marketing performance (email, social, paid ads, influencer, and SEO) to optimize growth and ROI.
• Lead the planning and execution of high-impact integrated campaigns + activations that connect emotionally with our community.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify new trends, product ideas, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the founder to plan and launch new products, campaigns, and services.
• Source and collaborate with influencers and health practitioners (lactation consultants, dietitians, gynaecologists, nurse & midwife) to elevate brand credibility and reach.
• Manage and mentor a small but growing marketing and creative team.
• Own the email marketing strategy from design and content to segmentation and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership, ideally in lifestyle, wellness, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of building brands, managing creative direction, and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong visual sensibility and storytelling ability — able to bring ideas to life both strategically and creatively. You are not afraid to push your ideas out of the box
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset balanced with creative intuition.
• Willing to multitask and travel when required for events, shoots, and activations.
• Passionate about supporting mothers, building community, and creating meaningful brand experiences across online and offline channels.
