Job Title: Sales Promoter Leader

Job Description:

• The primary responsibility of this role is to meet sales targets in the designated area. This involves daily visits to merchants and building strong relationships with Point of Contact store representatives.
• This position requires ensuring that all programs run smoothly and effectively, resulting in met sales targets.
• An essential task is to ensure placement of promotional materials in stores, as well as coordinating with partner operational teams for information on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• This leader will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitoring the daily activities of these promoters and conducting training sessions for them are also part of this role.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent in any field.
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Required skills include strong leadership abilities, effective team management, excellent communication skills, marketing skills, especially with social media, and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Preferably candidates should have experience in sales, specifically in financial services such as insurance and unit trusts, or a similar field.
• Flexibility to work shifts is necessary.
