What You'll Do
Proactively source potential candidates through various social media platforms
Support the recruitment team in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conduct pre-screening calls and assist in interviews to assess candidates' capabilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
Maintain and update internal recruitment databases
Contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
Prior recruitment experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Familiar with interview techniques and candidate screening methods
Strong interpersonal skills, humble attitude, and eagerness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Willing to commit to a 3–6 months internship program
Available for on-site placement in Kedoya, West Jakarta
