    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end KOL & creator collaborations, including listing, briefing, negotiation, agreement, execution, and reporting.
    • Lead and coordinate events involving KOLs and Affiliators, including: product launches, brand activations, and offline/online events.
    • Manage affiliate & creators programs end-to-end, focusing on GMV and performance-based results, from creator listing and dealing to execution and reporting across marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee).
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics (GMV, orders, conversion, ROI) to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Maintain strong relationships with KOLs, Affiliators, Agencies to support long-term brand advocacy and partnerships.
    • Plan and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales performance while ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Brand, Social Media, Creative, and Sales) to ensure integrated campaign execution.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience 1-2 Years in KOL management, preferably Beauty retail industry.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
    • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with KOLs and media professionals.
    • Have an interest in the beauty industry, are expected to have knowledge about influencers and artists in the beauty industry.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Willing to work from our office based in Greenlake, Tangerang.
