Location: EMEA - REMOTE (Except Romania, Germany, Switzerland and UK).

For one our German customers (market leader in the segment of ERP cloud software) we are providing IT-services in an agile DevOps approach based on the latest S/4 HANA technology stack. The provided IT-services do include application development related services, application management support services, proactive monitoring services and enhancements as part of a continuous service improvement process. These applications are providing a huge variety of functionalities to manage the overall area of cloud ERP-services, which our customer is providing to his customers on a global level. The provided IT-services are very critical to our customer, as he needs to rely on ongoing functional enhancements and smooth operations on a daily basis. In the next future the customer plans to upgrade the existing SAP PI / PO legacy landscape to the latest SAP PI / PO technologies.

Your working area & responsibilities

• As SAP PI / PO Development Lead / Architect you will be responsible for the upgrade project of existing SAP PI / PO legacy applications to the latest SAP PI / PO technologies.
• You analyze business requirements and IT processes and are responsible for the future design and the implementation of the existing SAP PI / PO landscape.
• You will be responsible for the implementing in an agile DevOps approach based on Scrum and ITIL, ensure the required quality and provide 3rd level support to ensure a smoothless ongoing operation.
• On a daily basis you will be communicating to the stakeholders at our customer (e.g. business responsible, product owner, architects and senior management) and to other team members within Wipro's project team.
• You will take over a crucial task and role within Wipro's project team, which is distributed over several locations in Germany.
• Remote working / mobile working will be possible.

Your skillset

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience with SAP PI / PO developments based on S/4 HANA as technical lead in most of the below listed technologies
• Excellent skills and experience on SAP Process Orchestration and Integration Suite, both in the build area (SOAP/REST/RFC/JMS/JDBC adapter, Message-, XSLT-, JAVA-Mappings, JAVA-Adapter-developments) as well as in the run area (SAP PI / PO administration and monitoring)
• Basic skills on SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/IFlows, API Management, Event Mesh)
• Basis skills on SAP S/4HANA and on ABAP developments (ABAP-OO, ABAP XI-Proxy-technologies, ODATA-Gateway services, RESTful ABAP Programming Model, SAP transportation model)
• A good understanding on these technologies will be helpful: OpenAPI 3.0 / Swagger, http protocol, REST/SOAP , SSL, VPN
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, in English
• Strong customer- and service-orientation and a can-do-mentality with a strong focus on results and deliverables
