What You'll Do

• Visionary Curriculum Design: Translate complex learning objectives into creative, actionable, and exciting lesson plans and modules.
• Classroom Reality Check: Audit existing curriculum to ensure it is practical for teachers to implement and engaging for students to experience.
• Instructional Leadership: Mentor teachers and staff on best practices, helping them move from "delivering a lesson" to "facilitating an experience."
• Creative Problem Solving: Identify gaps in student engagement or performance and develop creative instructional interventions to close them.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the product and academic teams to integrate technology and modern instructional design trends into the core curriculum.
• Quality Assurance: Observe classroom implementation to provide feedback and ensure the curriculum "vision" is being maintained on the ground.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• The "Teacher's Heart": A minimum of 3–5 years of classroom teaching experience, with an understanding of the nuances of student behavior and classroom management.
• Creative Spark: A proven track record of creating your own teaching materials, extracurricular programs, or creative projects
• Instructional Design Literacy: You don't need a PhD for this, but you should understand how people learn (learning theories) and how to organize information effectively (such as ADDI, backward design, etc.).
• Vibrant Communication: You can pitch a new idea to a room full of stakeholders and get them as excited as you are.
• Adaptability: The ability to pivot based on feedback and stay ahead of educational trends.
