- Developing and implementing annual budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing cost-effective strategies to improve profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and sustainable farming practices, while actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate them to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.

- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Operations Director or in a similar senior leadership role within the plantation industry, preferably in palm oil or related agricultural sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing over 100,000 hectares of plantation land.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results and inspire a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. A master's degree or additional relevant certifications is a plus.
