Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with residential AC & Commercial AC
• Strong Air Conditioner product knowledge and technical knowledge (installation, trouble shooting, etc).
• Strong management and public speaking skill.
• Willing to do a business trip.

Job Description

• Advise technicians and operational service team for any problem regarding installation, product trouble etc.
• Create scheduled technical training program and do training to technician (national).
• Troubleshooting of cases on field and make simulation on workshop.
• Help supporting sales product knowledge training.
• Handle training result evaluation, and also assist manager in coordinating with all divisions in regards to KPI arrangement.
• Others related technical support.
