+ Melakukan aktivitas penagihan kepada debitur yang menunggak dengan cara melakukan penagihan melalui kunjungan langsung dan/atau aktivitas lainnya ( termasuk komunikasi pendukung seperti telepon dan pesan elektronik ) yang sesuai dengan collection strategy yang ditetapkan.
Mencatatkan aktivitas penagihan di collection system dengan menginput action code/log yang sesuai dengan aktivitas yang telah dilakukan.
