Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cleaner, located in Balikpapan. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both private and communal spaces. Day-to-day tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Additional responsibilities may include managing cleaning supplies, properly disposing of waste, and adhering to health and safety standards in the workplace. Effective communication with team members and adherence to schedules are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning skills such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Time management skills to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to perform repetitive movements and lift moderate weights if required
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in cleaning practices
• Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of the role
• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not mandatory
