    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Collection position located in Pekanbaru. The role involves managing and organizing the debt collection process, ensuring accurate cash collection, and maintaining detailed records. The role requires effective communication with clients to address account-related issues and provide excellent customer service, while assisting the finance department by handling administrative tasks related to collections and payments.

    Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of Finance principles
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining and managing records
    • Proficiency in using office software and technology
    • Previous experience in administrative or collection roles is advantageous
