Job summary
Lead and support the needs of human resources especially in Learning and Development Recruitment General Affair Compensation & Benefit Supervise personnel administration including employee data employment contracts BPJS social security and other legal documents Assist in performance evaluation processes including KPI development and reporting Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance competencies Prepare and present regular HR reports e.g headcount turnover to management Lead and develop the HR team to work effectively ly meet targets
