A competitive executive‑level compensation package Flexible working arrangements About Our Client Our Client is a Global analytics technology company that caters towards consumers banking sector Job Description Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts with full responsibility for client satisfaction retention and growth Build and deepen strategic C-suite-level client relationships while positioning the organization as an indispensable partner Drive revenue expansion through account planning whitespace identification and solution alignment Act as the client's internal advocate partnering with Product Engineering Marketing and Operations to ensure exceptional end-to-end delivery Lead QBRs roadmap conversations and renewal strategy ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes Identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies to protect account health and long-term value Develop thought-leadership perspectives and bring market intelligence competitive insights and customer feedback into internal planning cycles The Successful Applicant Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise account management client services or strategic partnerships within technology SaaS fintech or digital platforms Strong track record of growing complex enterprise accounts influencing senior customer stakeholders Excellent consultative selling skills translating customer needs into actionable solutions Demonstrated success operating as an individual contributor at a senior level without reliance on direct reports Strong commercial acumen owning revenue targets forecasting Exceptional communication problem-solving relationship-building skills Ability to navigate ambiguity operate autonomously drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Opportunity to work remotely WFA with flexible arrangements Be part of a reputable organisation in the business services industry Access to professional development growth opportunities Engaging work environment focus on innovation client success
