Kualifiaksi:
- Minimal S1 di Marketing, Communication, Business, atau setara.
- Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di digital marketing, terutama brand awareness, campaign, dan lead generation.
- Pengalaman di industri klinik kecantikan, estetika, atau healthcare menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media analytics.
- Memahami social media strategy untuk membangun engagement dan meningkatkan leads.
- Berpengalaman dalam content planning & creative campaign sesuai regulasi kesehatan.
- Mampu melakukan data analysis & reporting untuk mengukur efektivitas campaign.
- Memiliki strategic thinking untuk merancang campaign end-to-end.
- Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dengan tim internal serta vendor eksternal.
- Kreatif, adaptif, dan update dengan tren digital marketing & estetika terkini.
- Memahami regulasi marketing di bidang kesehatan (misal iklan medis dan klaim produk).
- Nilai plus: pengalaman dalam event marketing atau kolaborasi dengan influencer/beauty expert.
- Nilai plus: kemampuan budget management & ROI optimization.
