We are looking for a strategic and analytical finance professional to support business performance, financial design, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial design for new Business Unit setup

• Conduct project feasibility & financial structuring

• ROI / IRR / NPV analysis

• Budgeting & rolling forecast preparation

• Strategic planning & target review

• Financial modeling & management reporting

• Develop BI dashboards & performance monitoring tools

• Monitor KPI (target vs actual) & variance analysis

• Improve financial processes & automation initiatives

• Align operational flow with finance structure

• Handle ad-hoc financial projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3–5 years experience in FP&A / Business Finance (manufacturing preferred)

• Background from Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is mandatory

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling

• Experienced in capital expenditure & project feasibility analysis

• Familiar with ERP & BI tools

• Strong analytical thinking & business acumen

• Able to translate operational data into financial insight

• Strong communication & presentation skill

• Independent & able to work cross-functionally
