    We are now searching for a Mystery Shopping Specialist

    Purpose / Mission

    The Mystery Shopping Specialist is responsible for carrying out the Mystery Shopping projects and coordinating with field investigators and other specialists. The position required good communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, proficient written English skills as well as basic administration skill.

    Responsibilities :
    • Work closely with Supervisor to establish an annual program for the team.
    • Monitor the day to day program of site visits in terms of location, timing and resourcing.
    • Organize availability of persons or teams to perform actions and tasks by working closely with colleagues in other departments.
    • Set up survey and form with the Mystery Shopping software/tools.
    • Create and manage the necessary documentation of project requirements ensuring safety to the business, proper evidencing and complete reference documentation.
    • Recap all the transaction in the Mystery Shopping activities.

    Requirements :
    • Minimum 1 years' experience in related field
    • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    • Operation-related or Compliance Audit-related
    • Investigation skills
    • Communication skills;
    • Time management;
    • Technologically savvy;
    • Strong organization skills.
