Job Description

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across assigned HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges)
• Identify, acquire, and develop new HORECA accounts within the assigned area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers
• Execute effective sell-in and sell-out strategies tailored to HORECA consumption patterns
• Negotiate pricing, volume, promotional support, and order take-up with accounts
• Ensure product availability, menu placement, and visibility where applicable
• Monitor sales performance, order repetition, and account productivity
• Coordinate with internal teams (Trade Marketing, Operations) to support activations and promotions
• Conduct regular field visits and provide market insights and competitor intelligence
• Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management

Requirements

• Minimum 3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, beverage, tobacco, or nicotine-related industries
• Strong network and database of HORECA accounts in the assigned area
• Proven experience in pricing negotiation and volume/order take-up
• Strong understanding of HORECA sales dynamics and customer needs
• Preferably from cigarette industry or large FMCG companies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly field-oriented and comfortable working with targets
