2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
3. Risk Management: Implement effective risk management practices to safeguard the financial interests of the organization.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
5. Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses, presenting findings to the executive team and stakeholders.
6. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other executives and departments to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
8. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

   The Successful Applicant

   1. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the banking or financial technology sector.
   2. Strong understanding of digital banking operations, financial technology, and emerging trends.
   3. Demonstrated success in financial strategy development, budgeting, and forecasting.
   4. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
   5. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
   6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
