Location: South Jakarta (On-site)
Contract: 6 Months
Requirement: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Note: This position will be assigned to our client, a leading IT SaaS Company.
The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to build and maintain high-performance microservices. You will be responsible for end-to-end ticket development, production system stability, and technical mentorship within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement: Deliver high-quality features and microservice modules using or Golang.
- Maintain & Support: Ensure production system uptime; troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues.
- Quality First: Write reusable, sustainable code using TDD and defensive programming.
- Monitoring: Set up logging, monitoring, and alerts for key system metrics.
- Collaboration: Guide team members through pair programming and maintain strict documentation/SOPs.
- Shift Work: Ready to work on a shifting schedule (including weekends).
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Backend Development or Golang).
- Technical Skills: Strong CS fundamentals (Algorithms, Data Structures, OOP) and modern JS frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Agile Mindset: Experienced in TDD, CI/CD, and robust system architecture.
- Communication: Ability to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive in solving roadblocks, and self-motivated.
