- Perform installation and commissioning activities at customer site locations
- Manage customer base as defined by a geographic territory, extensive travel required
- Perform troubleshooting activities at site locations to diagnose problems and Maintains high customer satisfaction
- Develop presentations and provide training and instruction to customers on field
- Provide continuous, 24 hours by 7 days a week, support in response to customer calls for service
- Provide appropriate response and service to customer
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by Head of Dept. /Management
- Follow PTTI Rules and Regulation
- Diploma of Technical Electro medical
- Minimum 5 years experienced in the same position
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
