About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Plant Manager to head the whole technical engineering and production function.

Job Description

1. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve production goals and align with overall business objectives.
2. Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Creating and managing budgets to optimize resource allocation and control expenses without compromising quality or safety.
4. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment.
6. Employee Management and Development: Leading and managing plant staff, fostering a positive work culture, and promoting teamwork, training, and development.
   
   

   The Successful Applicant

7. A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or MBA may be preferred.
8. Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 7-10 years of progressive leadership roles, including supervisory or managerial experience.
9. Demonstrated success in overseeing plant operations, managing budgets, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
10. Proven track record of achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality and safety compliance.
11. Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., food production, pharmaceuticals, automotive) may be beneficial. What's on Offer
