Job summary

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our dynamic team as Client Relations/Business Development. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about maintaining operations, building client relations, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in business within a professional service firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of legal services and timely resolution of client queries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients, promoting our firm's full range of legal offerings.
• Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improving client experience and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Management, Accounting, Economic, Human Resources Management or a related field from reputable university.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the relevant position in a professional service firm, preferably in the legal industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of professional services principles.
• Proficiency in English (professional level) is a MUST, both oral and written.
